REALM Krishi is the agricultural intelligence arm of that group, focused specifically on the India opportunity. It builds on the data platforms, satellite ingestion pipelines, payment infrastructure and multilingual AI tooling we've already deployed across our Australian and US-facing products.
Our team is small, technically deep, and operates with the cadence of a venture-backed startup — continuous deployment, rapid iteration, hands-on with every customer. The same engineers who build the platform speak with the farmers, FPOs and government counterparts who use it.
REALM Krishi is one of several products operated by REALM Group Global. The shared platform and engineering team mean infrastructure investment compounds across the portfolio.
REALM Krishi is the result of three converging conditions — institutional, technical and commercial — that make this the right moment for a Victorian-built rural intelligence platform.
Victoria's India Strategy 2025–30 makes explicit commitments to climate-smart farming, measurement & monitoring tech, and innovation partnerships. The AI-ECTA is in force. Two VGTI offices already serve our target states.
Sentinel-2 imagery, the REALM GPT Lab multilingual LLM stack, India's WhatsApp Business API maturity, and Verra/Gold Standard's smallholder methodologies have all become usable in the same 24-month window.
146 million Indian smallholders need actionable intelligence. Voluntary carbon markets are increasingly demanding registry-verified smallholder credits. A productised platform is the natural bridge between the two.
