Frequently Asked Questions About Us

1. I was previously registered?

This is our new site online site. With the transfer of customers Information and passwords some don’t always transfer as required. Click navigate to register page & reset your password.

2. How do I create a listing?

To list an item REALM Group Global you need to register – If not registered go to the menu tab click register complete your information hit submit . Then click on create a Listing and follow the prompts. If you require assistance please call the office 0419 182 804.

3. Are there any fees to list any listings?

It costs you nothing to list an item.

4. What is the difference between a reserve price and a starting price?

The reserve is set buy the seller which is the minimum they will accept to sell the item.

The starting price – is set buy the agent or the seller as a starting point .

5. Are my personal details displayed to potential buyers?

Your personal details are only shared with potential buyers with your consent for
Auction and/or For Sale listings.

6. Buy Now?

Some sellers in some of our auctions will allow items to be bought at or above there reserve price.
Hit the buy now button – the price will be disclosed if your happy to proceed click proceed and an invoice will be produced for payment.

7. Auto Bid?

You can set an auto bid for all our auctions and all listings you are interested in you simply type in the maximum amount you are willing to pay per listing and our system will bid for you to your maximum amount or as high as necessary depending on the activity per listing / Lot

8. Making An Offer?

On some of our listings you can click on make an offer and enter the price you are
offering, complete the details and then hit submit. You will then be informed if your offer has been accepted and if so, an invoice will be sent to your email address

Can licensed Real Estate Agents and Auctioneers use the REALM site to sell, auction and advertise?

Yes, all licensed Real Estate Agents and Auctioneers can
use our sites to sell, auction and to advertise.

10. Where do you deliver your products?

You can place an order through our website by selecting your desired products, adding them to the cart, and checking out.

11. Auction bidding and positioning?

TBA – as we will be using multiple auction platforms we will add appropriate information asap
