Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the REALM Group website and affiliate program.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing and using realmgroup.global, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Affiliate Program
   Participation in the REALM Affiliate Program is subject to approval. Affiliates earn commissions based on the published commission structure. REALM Group reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
3. Referral Tracking
   Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links with a 90-day attribution window. Affiliates must not use deceptive or misleading practices to generate referrals.
4. Commission Payments
   Commissions are paid monthly in arrears once the minimum payout threshold of $100 USD is reached. Payment methods include bank transfer and PayPal.
5. Intellectual Property
   All REALM Group branding, logos, and content remain the property of REALM Group Australia. Affiliates are granted a limited license to use marketing materials provided through the affiliate dashboard.
6. Termination
   REALM Group reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity. Outstanding commissions will be paid within 30 days of termination.
7. Privacy
   We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering as an affiliate, you consent to the collection of data necessary to operate the program.
8. Limitation of Liability
   REALM Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
