Yes. Every dealer and exporter listing is cross-checked against CFIA registration, provincial dealer licences, Canadian Cattle Identification Agency (CCIA) records and grain commission registrations where applicable. Co-ops and commissions are verified against AAFC records. Buyers can request documentation.
Business Number / CRA export registration, CFIA export certificate, phytosanitary certificate (plants/grain), Certificate of Origin (CUSMA / CETA / CPTPP where applicable), and product-specific certifications (Canada Grade for beef, Canadian Grain Commission grade for grain). REALM connects buyers with licensed exporters who handle all paperwork.
Phase 1 covers Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Nova Scotia — with British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland and the Territories rolling out. Listings are tagged by province so buyers can filter at source.
